Credit where credit is due. Ordered online and given a delivery date a day or 2 after. Delivery arrived on time and driver tucked them out of the way. The wood is great great quality too and burns slower than the packs you get from Homebase etc. First time ordering and will 100% use them again. A++ :)

This is the first time using Ford Logs and on first impressions we are very satisfied. We've just had a 2m loose load of kiln dried mixed hard wood delivered and there are loads of logs which will easily fill our shed and last the winter. Ordering via the website was easy, a delivery date was notified by email soon after and the delivery was made on time. The logs are very good, dry and fairly uniform making stacking quite easy. Really great service. I ordered in the summer and they held my order until ready to deliver, the wood is great, uniform size, dry and perfect for immediate in use in my woodburner. The driver dropped off the loose load and made an extra effort to get it as close to the garage as possible. Once stacked I noticed that I was a little shorter than expected on the quantity. I called up and without any quibble they have agreed to drop off some extra when my neighbour receives his load. Incredible 'actual' customer service. I shall definitely use next year and would highly recommend

A local gem. Their mixed hardwood is dry, well-priced and burns well. Our delivery driver even takes time to check we were satisfied with the previous order. This year we still looked into other firewood companies online to be sure, but nobody even came close to Ford Logs.

Thank You, for your amazing customer service! Our boiler broke over the holidays and we had gone through all of our firewood reserves whilst we had no heating and no wood suppliers open. We explained the situation and Ford Logs managed to squeeze us in for delivery the very next day - which I suspect was tacked on to the end of their working day. Very impressed and thankful... with two little kids at home and the temp dropping below 0c, we were really appreciative of the efforts of Ford Logs. Price and quality of wood good too!

We had a stove fitted just before Christmas but had forgotten to order any wood, after searching around because no one could deliver that near to Christmas I found Ford Logs who I could collect a huge bag of wood from. Fortunately I have access to a van and went to collect. Really friendly and helpful service and good vfm so I have now ordered a delivery. Would definitely recommend

Have ordered from Ford twice now. The ash is good stuff. It burns clean and hot. They give you a lot of wood, and help stack. Customer service is great, and Daren is very responsive. Would recommend.
